I've been following Joseph Nankervis's case quite closely and something that keeps coming back to my mind is the social media aspect. It absolutely guts me to think about how the family has had to see those horrible posts coming from the suspects. I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating it must be for them. It's just cruel. Social media can be such a powerful tool for good, but in instances like this, it just becomes a platform for bullying and added trauma. I truly hope the investigation takes these posts seriously as they could provide more context to the whole situation. Keeping the Nankervis family in my thoughts during this incredibly tough time. How can a family find peace or healing when faced with such ongoing cruelty?
