Hey everyone, just trying to wrap my head around something that’s been bothering me about the Gordon case. Does anyone know if the search efforts covered the coastline extensively? I've read that coastal currents could carry debris miles away, which might have impacted the search. It's eerie to think how something could vanish so completely. Maybe there's a local expert who can weigh in on this? It must be so difficult for Gordon's family not having answers. Wishing strength to the families affected.

I've been following Gordon's case and am curious about the search and rescue efforts after the crash near Gustavus. Does anyone know the protocol for searching in such dense wilderness areas? I've heard that the terrain can be incredibly difficult to navigate, which must complicate any rescue attempts. Are there specialized teams or equipment used in these situations, especially given the challenging weather conditions in Alaska? It's a daunting task, and I can only imagine the dedication of those involved in the search. If anyone has insights or knows someone with experience in this type of operation, I'd love to hear more about how they approach such a critical mission.
