I've been following the discussions about Danny Peden's tragic case, and something that's been on my mind is how closely linked the drug issues in Neshoba County might be to what happened. It seems like there have been multiple large-scale drug operations in the area since his death. It's hard not to wonder if Danny's murder could be connected somehow to these activities.
From what I've read, the arrests in 2020 and 2021 unveiled a pretty extensive network involving meth, cocaine, and marijuana distribution. Could it be possible that Danny was caught up in something tangentially related to this? Maybe he witnessed something or even became unknowingly involved?
