Kent Donald Tilman, 44, was last heard from in the late summer of 2006 when he made a phone call to family; his official date of last contact is September 1, 2006. He was believed to be living a transient lifestyle in the woods around Fairbanks, Alaska, which made locating him and tracing his movements difficult.

Kent is described as a Caucasian male, brown hair, green eyes, about five feet ten inches and 145 pounds. He wore glasses and had several tattoos, including an eagle with a banner reading Last Trip and a cartoon wolf’s head. The Fairbanks Police Department and the Alaska State Troopers opened an investigation, but with no witnesses, physical evidence, or defined search area, the trail went cold and the case remained unsolved.

Very little is known about his last days, state of mind, plans, or whether he encountered anyone before disappearing. If anyone knew Kent, the places he stayed, or saw him around Fairbanks in 2006, please share information with investigators.
