I was reading through some old articles about Francine Gilmer's case, and something that stood out to me was her deep involvement with her church. It's always so devastating when such positive forces in the community meet such tragic ends. Those who knew Francine describe her as someone who was always there for others, and it makes me wonder how many people she touched through St. Paul Catholic Church. It's just such a terrible loss for everyone involved, especially her daughters, Natalie and Morgan. The church community must have felt such a tremendous absence, losing someone who was so dedicated and caring. Has anyone heard if the church did any sort of memorial for her? It might be comforting to know how loved she was by the people around her, even beyond her immediate family. Sending all my love to everyone who knew and cherished Francine.

Hey everyone. I've been following the Francine Gilmer case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the response of the Rankin County Sheriff's Department. It sounds like they arrived quickly after the 911 call, but it just breaks my heart to think about the impact that witnessing such a tragedy would have on Francine's daughters, Natalie and Morgan. Imagine being so young and having to call in and describe a scene like that. I really hope they're receiving support from the community and professionals to help them through this unimaginable situation. It's a reminder of the profound and lasting impact these tragedies have on the families involved. I’ve noticed the community seems close-knit, especially being part of St. Paul Catholic Church, but sometimes it’s just not enough. For those who live in the area, is there any ongoing community effort or a support system for the victims of domestic violence and their families? Would love to know if there's a way people can help, even from afar. Sending love and strength to everyone affected by this. ?
