Has anyone else thought about the significance of where Willie Hooper's body was discovered? Finding him in a well just seems like such a disturbing choice. It’s like they wanted to completely erase his existence. I can't even begin to imagine what his family felt knowing his final moments ended in such a chilling way. The fact that it was off Highway 404 also makes me wonder how planned out this whole thing was. It’s just terrifying that the people who did this were part of the same small community in Duck Hill. It really puts into perspective the hidden danger that sometimes exists in our everyday lives. This really brings up so many questions about how well we actually know the people around us. My heart truly goes out to Mr. Hooper’s loved ones for enduring such unimaginable loss.
