I've been following the case of Carvell Jennings and something that crossed my mind is the timing of his release from the hospital. It's really concerning that he was discharged just two days before he went missing, especially with his brain condition. Does anyone know if hospitals usually provide any follow-up checks or support for patients like Carvell who might still be disoriented? I can't help but wonder if there might have been insufficient support or resources for him post-discharge. Sometimes, these systems seem like they overlook the amount of care needed once someone leaves the hospital, which is truly worrying. If anyone’s familiar with how these things generally work or has insight into what kind of discharge support protocols should be in place, it would be helpful to understand if something could have been done differently to prevent his disappearance. Thoughts?
