Hey everyone, I’ve been following Caleb's case and just wanted to say a few things that have been on my mind. It's been especially haunting to see such a tight-knit community in shock over losing someone like Caleb. He seemed like he had this infectious enthusiasm for life – whether it was sports, fishing, or hunting. From what I've read, he really made a mark on those around him, which makes losing him in such a tragic manner even more profound. I think what's bothering me the most is how everything points to an accidental shooting, but we still don't have much clarity. I can't help but wonder about the environment where it happened. It makes me curious and concerned about gun safety education, especially among teens who may not fully grasp the risks involved. I don't know, maybe discussing these situations more openly could prevent future tragedies. My heart genuinely goes out to Caleb's family and friends who have to navigate life without him now. It's difficult to comprehend their pain, and I hope they find some comfort in the outpouring of support from their community. I really hope we learn more soon, for their sake and for Caleb's legacy. If anyone hears of updates or has thoughts on what we can do proactively as a community, I'm all ears.
