Hi everyone, I came across Victor Balantin's case recently, and it's such a big mystery. Has anyone looked into the area where his school is located? I'm curious if there were any construction sites or places that might have been under surveillance back then. Sometimes, security footage can reveal things that get overlooked. Also, were there any local events or unusual activity in Spring Valley around March 2008 that could have been distracting? It seems like every small detail might be important in figuring out what happened that day.
I've been following Victor Balantin's case for a while, and it's been haunting to see how little information has surfaced over the years. Something that's always puzzled me is the lack of leads despite it being such a publicized disappearance. Spring Valley isn't a huge town; someone must have seen something, right?
I know it’s easy to speculate from behind a keyboard, but I can't help but wonder if there were any surveillance cameras near Victor's school back in 2008. It was a different time in terms of technology, but even a grainy image could provide a new direction for this stalled investigation.
I hope that anyone who might have been in the area on that day remembers Victor's case and comes forward. It's never too late to help a family find their loved one.
