Hey everyone,
I've been following the Leslie Bennett and Kennedy case in Pearl River, and I can't help but think about the impact this has had on their families and friends. It's just so devastating to lose loved ones in such a violent way. Given that Leslie was 66, I imagine she and her family had a lot of history and deep connections in the community.
I wonder how Amos is doing after being injured in the incident. It must be incredibly traumatic to have been there and to be healing from physical wounds while dealing with such a massive emotional loss. I hope he's getting the support and care he needs.
It’s frustrating that the perpetrators haven’t been caught yet. I just hope someone comes forward with information soon. The community deserves answers and closure, especially after enduring such a senseless act of violence.
If anyone here knows more about how the community is rallying around the families or if there are support groups or vigils, please share. It might help remind those affected that they’re not alone in this.

I’ve been following the Pearl River case involving Leslie Bennett and Kennedy, and I can't stop thinking about Amos Bennett. It must be an incredibly challenging time for him, not just physically but emotionally too, healing from his injuries while grappling with the loss of someone he knew. I can’t imagine how hard it is to process such trauma when surrounded by such circumstances. It makes me wonder about the level of support he has right now. Does anyone in the community know if there have been efforts to provide emotional support or services for him? I really hope the community comes together to show him that he’s not alone during this incredibly difficult time. Any updates or thoughts from those closer to Pearl River would be greatly appreciated.
