Been following the updates on George's case near Togiak and it's really puzzling. I saw someone ask why the search dogs weren't able to pick up a scent near where he fell through the ice. Given the conditions, maybe the cold water affected the scent trail somehow? I'm curious if anyone's heard of instances where scent trails disappear quickly in icy waters. Really hoping for some new developments soon.
