Has anyone been following Xia's case closely? I just came across a detail that hasn't been discussed much, and I can't stop thinking about it. Apparently, Xia was last seen wearing a blue windbreaker the day she went missing. Given the unpredictable weather in Anchorage, especially in September, it seems like she was dressed ready to be outside for a while. Could she have planned to go somewhere specific that day? It just seems odd that this detail hasn't been a bigger part of the discussion. I wonder if this blue windbreaker means she could have been meeting someone outdoors. Does anyone else find this significant?
Has anyone else been following the Xia case from Anchorage, AK? I’ve been digging around and something that's really puzzling is the lack of surveillance footage. Given that Anchorage is a fairly decent-sized city, and the fact that Xia was last seen in a somewhat busy area, you would think there’d be more camera coverage. I know sometimes businesses keep footage private unless requested by police, but it feels odd there’s been so little mention of it in the news or updates from the authorities. Has anyone local to the area noticed if there were cameras around there back in 2010? Just curious if anyone has thoughts or info on this aspect.
