Does anyone else find it puzzling how this vehicle pursuit unfolded after the shooting at True Temper Sports? I’ve been trying to wrap my head around how Menderil Cohen managed to evade authorities across multiple counties for so long. It seems like there were so many agencies involved, yet the chase ended quite a distance away in Columbus. I’m really curious about whether there were any additional factors that allowed Cohen to evade capture initially. Maybe it was just the chaos of the moment? Regardless, it must have been terrifying for everyone in Amory and along the route. My thoughts are with Michael Randle’s family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time. It's a heartbreaking situation all around, and as the community heals, I hope there are answers soon. If anyone has more insights into how these types of pursuits are managed across different jurisdictions, I’d really love to hear more.
