Has anyone else been following Jorge Cruz Hernandez's case? I can't stop thinking about those unsettling phone calls his family received. It makes me wonder if anyone else in the area reported similar calls around that time. Could there be a chance this isn't an isolated incident? It's baffling how someone can vanish like this, especially after a ransom was paid. There's been so little information since, and it feels like his case barely makes the news. Just hoping someone out there might have heard something, even if it seems insignificant, that could help piece together what happened to him. It's frustrating how these cases can just go cold, and families are left in the dark for so long. Anyone else have thoughts on why there's been so little progress?
Has anyone looked into the possibility that the calls Jorge's family received could have been a scam unrelated to his disappearance? I can't help but wonder if someone found out he was missing and tried to take advantage of the situation. It seems strange to me that they paid the ransom, but Jorge was never returned. If it was a legitimate kidnapping, wouldn't the people responsible have communicated further after not receiving the full amount, or at least provided proof of life? It's just so baffling that there haven't been more leads. I’m not saying this is definitely what happened, but I do think it’s a line of inquiry worth considering. Thoughts?
