Has anyone else been closely following the case of Deandrez Davis? It's so devastating to hear about another tragedy hitting Jackson, especially during such a terrible weekend for the city. I was reading about how Mayor Lumumba has been vocal about wanting to hold the perpetrators accountable. It gives me some hope that there’s a push from local leadership to find justice, but I can't imagine the frustration and grief the Davis family is facing with no arrests yet. It’s a painful reminder of how urgent the need is to address violence in our communities. If anyone out there in Jackson or beyond has any information, now is the time to speak up. Let's not let Deandrez's story get lost among the rest. ?
