Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this case might have on other delivery drivers in Jackson? It's so disturbing to hear about what happened to Corey Price. He was just doing his job, and this tragedy befell him out of nowhere. I can’t even imagine what his family is going through. It feels like there’s an increased risk for those working in that line of work, especially in certain areas. I’ve seen suggestions about delivery companies implementing more safeguards, but what could actually make a difference? Also, I know door-to-door deliveries are part of everyday life now, but shouldn't there be more awareness or maybe some sort of community initiative to help protect these workers? It’s unsettling to think about how vulnerable they are, and changes might be needed. Rest in peace, Corey. I hope your family finds some comfort and that your tragic loss sparks meaningful change.

It's incredibly distressing to think about the daily risks that people like Corey Price faced just trying to make a living. I was reading through some of the discussions here and, as someone who’s lived in neighborhoods like Belhaven, it's terrifying to realize how easily things can take a tragic turn. Delivery drivers work so hard, and they deserve so much more appreciation and protection. This whole incident just breaks my heart. My thoughts go out to Corey's family and friends who now have to navigate life without him. It's a wake-up call for all of us to support policies and practices that safeguard those in vulnerable jobs. How do we as a community ensure this won't keep happening?
