Hey everyone, I was thinking about the community response in Jamarko Ward’s case and how it seemed like such a crucial element in bringing his murderer to justice. It's amazing how members of the community were willing to come forward and provide tips that ultimately led to Jordan Miller’s arrest. It really shows the power and importance of people looking out for one another, even in the hardest of times. I can't help but wonder how these efforts have impacted Ward's family. Knowing that the community rallied together might be a small comfort amidst their sorrow, proof that they weren’t alone in seeking justice for Jamarko. Does anyone know if this case led to any lasting changes or initiatives in Tulsa regarding community policing or crime prevention? I'd love to hear more about how community involvement like this might be changing the landscape of law enforcement or inspiring similar actions elsewhere.

I keep thinking about the two women who were with Jamarko during the shooting at The Spot. It must have been terrifying for them, and I can only imagine the emotional and physical toll such an experience must have taken. Being caught in such a dangerous situation at a place where everyone likely just wanted to have a good time is truly unsettling. I hope they’ve received the support they need during this difficult time. Their involvement is often overlooked in discussions about this case, but they are survivors of a traumatic event, and their healing process is important too. Sending them and Jamarko’s family my thoughts and hoping for peace and healing.
