Hey everyone, I wanted to bring up something that’s been on my mind about Anthony DeShawn Penn's case. It’s incredibly sad to think about someone who went through the difficult journey of turning their life around, only to end up the victim of such a senseless tragedy. From everything I've read, it seems like he was truly committed to changing for the better after his time in prison. I think it’s important for us to talk about the system and more resources for people when they get out. If more support was available, maybe we can avoid these heart-wrenching situations in the future. It’s just so unfair to see someone break free from their past, only to have their life cut short. My heart goes out to Anthony's family and friends. They’ve been incredibly strong throughout this, and they deserve answers and justice. I hope the OKC community continues to rally together—because we all deserve to feel safe and supported. Anyone else think there’s more that could be done on a systemic level?
