Has anyone looked into the possibility of "Bootsie" heading to a VA facility, maybe outside of New Jersey? With him being an Army vet, it seems like these places would be familiar and potentially comforting to him, especially if he was feeling unstable due to not having his medication. I know his family made the VA hospitals aware, but is there any chance he could have slipped through the cracks, especially out of state? Considering the New York City destination he mentioned, maybe he ended up at a VA there? It's a long shot, but sometimes revisiting the obvious can break open a cold case. What do you all think?

Was anyone else aware that Henry "Bootsie" Verdon was quite a regular at various Veterans Affairs hospitals? I’m wondering if there’s a possibility he might have sought help at a VA facility that wasn’t locally tracked at the time. Considering his condition and the fact that he didn’t have his medication with him, it seems plausible he could’ve gravitated towards a place he felt familiar with, like a VA hospital. Maintaining contact with veterans might have also been an essential part of his routine. Does anyone have insights into whether all possible VA locations were checked or if there's a protocol to track patients who visit regularly in situations like his? It just feels like there might be some overlooked pieces in this complex puzzle.
