Does anyone else have concerns about the legal delays in the Jeremy Faglie case? It seems like every time we hear about it, there’s another postponement. I understand COVID and jurisdiction issues like McGirt v. Oklahoma complicate things, but it's so hard for the family to get closure when justice seems out of reach. It must be incredibly frustrating for Jeremy’s loved ones to wait so long for answers, especially with the judicial back-and-forth. I hope this case can finally move forward and his family gets the answers they deserve. Anyone here more familiar with how these jurisdictional issues typically play out? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Just going down the rabbit hole with this case and I'm so struck by the twists and turns it has taken over the years. One part that really caught my attention was how Keia was arrested again for a completely different crime while already involved in such a serious case. How does someone even end up in that situation? It’s just baffling to me. You have to feel for Jeremy's family having to deal with this extra layer of chaos on top of the tragedy they've already endured. It's a stark reminder of how complex human behavior can be and how the ripple effects of one tragedy can extend far beyond the initial incident. This case seems to have more legal hoops than most, especially with the jurisdictional issues following the McGirt ruling. Just hoping that through all of this, some sense of justice can be achieved for Jeremy and his loved ones.

Hey everyone, I've been following Jeremy Wayne Faglie’s case and wanted to talk about the jurisdictional mess surrounding it. It's so distressing how the legal system can become such a tangled web, impacting not just the families involved but the entire community. With the McGirt ruling, it’s like this huge legal earthquake unfolded, shaking up jurisdiction for so many cases, including tragically, Jeremy’s. I can't imagine how challenging it must be for Jeremy's loved ones to deal with all these legal delays while still mourning his loss. It’s like justice has been put on hold, and that just feels so unfair. I'm curious what everyone else thinks about how jurisdictional issues might affect the outcome here or if anyone has insights on similar cases post-McGirt. My heart goes out to Jeremy’s family and friends. Legal complexities aside, I hope they eventually find the peace and clarity they deserve.
