Has anyone else noticed how frustrating it is that it took until 2019 for the case to be forwarded to both Baltimore City and County Police for further investigation? Given that Cynthia Hubbard was last in contact with her sister in 2015, it seems like a huge gap in crucial time where more could have been done. I know resources can be limited, but it really makes me wonder if there could have been more urgency in those earlier years. It's puzzling to think about how these systemic delays might affect the search for missing persons overall. Would love to hear thoughts on this or about similar cases where there have been delays in taking action.

Has anyone looked into the possible sightings of Cynthia Hubbard between 2015 and 2019? It’s concerning how there's such a gap in the investigation timeline. I know the official channels picked up the case again in 2019, but what about the years before that? Were there any efforts to track her movements or potential sightings during those years? It seems like such a crucial timeframe that’s missing from most discussions. If Cynthia was disoriented, as suggested, it's possible she could have been in areas not typically monitored by those looking for her. I've seen similar cases where unverified sightings came up later and helped piece together movements even years after the person went missing. Would love to know if there are any developments or community efforts around the Baltimore area that might not have been officially documented.
