I’ve been following the case of Shae Jackson-Hall, and I can’t stop thinking about how this tragedy has left such a void for her family, friends, and the entire community. From everything I've read, she seemed like a truly exceptional young woman with so much potential ahead of her. It’s beyond upsetting that a person with such promise was taken so soon, and in such a violent way.
What really strikes me is how little information there seems to be about progress in the investigation. It must be incredibly frustrating for those who loved her to have so many unanswered questions. I keep wondering whether there was anything in her life leading up to that tragic day that might provide clues or if someone out there knows more and just hasn’t come forward yet.
If anyone has connections in Muskogee or knows more about where things stand with this case, have you heard anything new? It’s hard to believe that there hasn't been more movement or public attention. I hope justice is served for Shae and that her family finds some peace. My heart goes out to them during this incredibly difficult time.

I had the honor of growing up with her, I lived with her and her family when they fostered me as a baby, and then we grew up next door to each other. We were inseparable. I miss her everyday. I’m glad the man who killed her has been locked behind bars, but I can’t shake the feeling that someone else who was close to her was involved. This has never been proven, and is just a weird feeling I have. I miss her and keep her very close to my heart.
