Has anyone been following the details surrounding the AR-15 used in the tragic event on Timmons Street? It's hard to wrap my head around the idea that a weapon like that could be fired multiple times on someone. I can’t imagine the trauma this must have caused for Jarvis Berry's family. Losing a loved one in such a violent way is something no one should ever go through. It’s concerning that both Jarvis and Curtis had past issues with drugs and assault, which seems to highlight just how volatile their situation was. My thoughts are certainly with Jarvis's family and anyone else touched by this heartbreaking incident. I hope that, as the legal proceedings continue, some form of justice can be served. Anyone else have thoughts on how the OSBI and Seminole Police are handling this?

I was Jarvis’s girlfriend at the time we were together for 6 years. The courts/jury ruled it as self defense and all charges were dropped. His killer Curtis Kasinger still walks the streets of Seminole strung out on drugs and beats his current girlfriend up all the time. In all this was the most traumatic thing I’ve ever experienced and to this day still eats me up bc what happened that day should have never happened and justice should have been served! 6 times with an AR is 100% over kill!!!
