Hey all, I've been following John Thomas Davis's case closely and something about his last trip to Maryland has been bugging me. Does anyone else think it's odd that he left without his ID and medication? I mean, most people would grab at least one of those if they were planning to be gone awhile, right? Especially if he has a medical condition that needs attention. It's like his plan was to come back home quickly, or maybe he didn’t even plan to leave for that long.
I'm also curious about his time in Maryland. Was there ever any follow-up on this female acquaintance he would visit? Can't help but wonder if she or someone else in the area might know more than we’re aware of. Missing persons cases like these are baffling when there’s just so little to go on. Anyway, keeping my fingers crossed that fresh eyes on the investigation bring something new to light. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?
Has anyone looked into whether John Thomas Davis had any recent communication with his female acquaintance in Maryland before he went missing? I'm curious if there were any phone calls or messages exchanged around the time of his disappearance. It just seems odd that he'd leave without ID or medication—did he intend to visit her, or was he just out for a walk as usual?
Also, his choice of clothing that day—bright orange pants and mismatched shoes—could have made him quite noticeable. If anyone from those neighborhoods or anyone who saw something that night reads this, even the smallest detail might help piece things together. There might be more people who saw him than realized, given the unique outfit. It's just a thought, but any new lead could be crucial for his family.
Hey everyone, I’ve been digging through old cases and stumbled across John Thomas Davis’ disappearance. This one has me scratching my head. Did anyone else find it interesting how he seemed to stick to certain neighborhoods like Lincoln Park and Douglas Park but vanished without a trace? I’m no detective, but sticking to familiar areas means someone might have known his routine, right? Could it be that someone from around those neighborhoods saw him that day or maybe even knew where he was heading? The detail about his mismatched shoes has me wondering if there was something urgent about his departure. What are everyone's thoughts on the possibility of someone recognizing his bright orange pants on April 9th? They seem hard to miss.
