Has anyone else noticed the eerie detail about the timing of Anthony Welch’s last movements? It seems like such a short window between when he borrowed the neighbor’s car around 2 AM and when his body was found just a few hours later. It’s chilling to think how quickly things took a turn for the worst. It makes you wonder what happened in those moments between when he left and when he arrived at the City Gardens Apartments. It’s so upsetting that he thought he was just meeting someone from Plenty of Fish, and it ended this way. My thoughts continue to be with his mom, Carol, who’s been so persistent in her search for justice for Anthony. If anyone knows more, I hope they come forward to help her find some peace.
I’ve been following Anthony Welch’s case, and my heart genuinely goes out to his family, especially his mom, Carol. To think that someone could be so cruel as to lure him out under false pretenses through a dating app is beyond troubling. It's such a sad reminder of how careful we have to be with online interactions. It’s unbelievable that what seemed like a customary night turned so tragic.
I keep thinking about the role of Plenty of Fish in this case. Did the app cooperate with the investigation in providing any digital footprints or data that led to the arrests? It scares me how a platform meant for connection can be manipulated by those with such malicious intent. I really hope Anthony’s mom gets the answers and justice she is fighting for. It's what she deserves. Please, if anyone out there knows more, help the authorities provide some form of closure to his family. Stay safe, everyone!
Has anyone else been following the Anthony Welch case? I read about how the suspects managed to lure him using a dating app, specifically Plenty of Fish. It really makes me think about the risks of online dating and the ways people can deceive or harm others.
It's so upsetting to think how Anthony's life was taken during what should have been a simple meet-up. My heart goes out to his mother, Carol, who has been vocal about her pain and frustration. I can't even begin to imagine what she and the rest of his family are going through.
Does anyone have advice on how to stay safe when meeting someone from an app? I feel it's important that we not only seek justice for Anthony but also learn from such horrifying incidents. Stay safe out there, everyone.
