I've been following the Jenks tragedy and like most of you, I'm just struggling to comprehend how something so unthinkable could happen. One thing that really stays with me is the immense bravery of the 9-year-old child who managed to escape. It must have taken such courage and quick thinking to get away and seek safety. I'm grateful they survived but can only imagine the emotional scars they must carry now. It's gut-wrenching to think about what these kids went through and the impact on their lives moving forward. Has anyone delved into the significance of Khen feeling threatened and possibly being followed? It makes me wonder if there were underlying mental health issues or maybe some form of paranoia that contributed to his tragic actions.
