Hey everyone, I've been following the Jason Harmon case and came across something that hasn't been discussed much yet. I read that Jason was really looking forward to trying out a new wings recipe at the BBQ before everything went terribly wrong. It's just so saddening to think about how such a normal and joyful occasion could end in tragedy like this. It makes me reflect on how quickly life can change. I also wanted to touch on the broader implications of Harris being on parole. Do any of you think there's a need for reform in how parolees are monitored? It seems like there's been some oversight if someone who is supposed to be on a path to rehabilitation gets involved in such a violent act. It must be incredibly frustrating for Jason's family, especially his brother DePaul. I can't imagine what they're going through, knowing the person responsible was already supposed to be under scrutiny. My thoughts are with Jason's family and his kids. I really hope they find the answers and justice they deserve. If anyone else has heard any updates or has insights into parole system issues, it'd be great to discuss. Stay safe, everyone.
