Has anyone else looked into the party dynamics at the Raindance Apartments the night Tybreko Davis was murdered? It's just so daunting to think that a celebration could turn into such a tragedy. According to his mother, Traci, witnesses believed Tybreko was still alive for a period after being shot and begged officers for help, but it seems he didn't receive any immediate first aid or CPR.
