I can't stop thinking about the relative who saw the livestream and immediately contacted the police. Can you imagine the panic and desperation they must have felt trying to get help in time? It’s just unfathomable to be placed in such a position, knowing that lives are on the line but feeling so powerless to stop the unfolding tragedy. I hope that person is receiving all the support they need to process what happened. The ripple effects of such an incident touch so many lives beyond the immediate family, and it's important we recognize the strength it takes to act in those terrifying moments. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this. No one should have to bear witness to such a horror.
