Hey everyone,
I came across something really touching about Jose Guzman's case that I wanted to share. It's been a bit since the incident, but his wife, Jenny, and their daughter, Frida, have been receiving so much love and support from the Tulsa community. There's been this GoFundMe campaign set up to help them which I think is such a testament to Jose's impact on those around him. It just goes to show how deeply he was loved and respected by his family and friends.
I've heard from a few people in the community who've shared personal stories about how dedicated he was as a father and husband. It's clear that he cared so deeply for his family, and knowing that the community is rallying to support them is a small light in such a dark time. It's times like these when you see the strength of a community, coming together to help heal and support in any way possible.
Let's continue to keep them in our thoughts and do whatever we can to support. Every little bit counts. Be kind to one another, everyone.
Sending love,

I’ve been reading about the tragic murder of Jose Guzman, and I just can't stop thinking about the impact on his family, especially his young daughter, Frida. Losing a parent is incredibly traumatic at any age, but for a child, it’s unimaginable. I heard there’s a GoFundMe set up to support them, which is such a kind gesture from the community. I wonder if there are any resources or local groups in Tulsa that specialize in helping children cope with the loss of a parent due to violence? It might be beneficial for Frida to have a safe space to express her feelings and connect with others who’ve been through something similar. If anyone knows of any organizations or resources, I think sharing them could make a difference. I'm truly hoping for some sense of healing and peace for his family during this time.
I can’t stop thinking about that poor father who showed up at the scene, fearing the worst for his son. I can only imagine the relief and fear mingling inside him until he got that call confirming his son was safe. It’s just so sad how a night out can turn into something so tragic, not only for Jose Guzman’s family but also for others who were inadvertently caught up in the chaos and violence. My heart really goes out to his wife and daughter; the GoFundMe campaign seems like a small beacon of hope amidst such a dark time for them. Let's hope the community continues to stand by them and that justice is served. Gun violence is just taking too many lives and leaving families shattered in its wake.
