Has anyone else found it odd that there are no records of John Bohland either? If Amery married him and he just vanished along with her, you'd think there'd be something. A marriage certificate, a mutual friend, anything! It's like they just dropped off the grid entirely. I'm curious if there were any witnesses at their wedding or if maybe it was a very private ceremony. Has anyone dug into public records around that time for anything that might not have been shared widely yet? It's a puzzling aspect of this case that he seems like a ghost too. Thoughts?

Has anyone looked into the social circles Amery was part of in Spokane? Considering her lack of documented history in the US, maybe local community organizations or groups for Filipino expatriates might have information that wasn't shared with authorities. It seems like understanding who she connected with could offer some context or leads. If she was involved in any such community, even tangentially, there could be someone who knows more about her situation or her relationship with John Bohland. Given how little we know about him too, was he truly from Spokane, or could they have moved there together from somewhere else? It's so puzzling that nothing concrete seems to have surfaced about either of them.
