I keep thinking about the Werachowski family ever since I stumbled upon this case—such a devastating tragedy that unfolded in Edgewater. I noticed something that hasn’t been discussed much: the role of mental health in Eric's actions. It makes me wonder if anyone in the community had suspected or seen any warning signs before the incident happened. Were there any outreach programs or resources available for Eric or the family that could have possibly intervened? It seems like the community really took a hit after this event, and I feel a deep sense of empathy for those who knew and loved Richard and Marilyn. It’s so important that we take the time to listen and support our friends and neighbors who might be struggling silently. It might be too late for the Werachowski family, but maybe raising awareness about mental health can prevent future tragedies. Would love to hear others' thoughts on this.
