Has anyone heard anything about whether there’s been any follow-up on video surveillance around the area of LaQuinta Suites? It's baffling to me how someone could just vanish like that without a trace. You'd think there might be some CCTV footage showing which direction Charles Hollies might have headed after leaving to buy cigarettes. I know it's been several years, but with technology these days, maybe they could enhance older footage or something? Didn’t they do that in similar cases to gather clues? If anyone knows more about the investigation techniques used or has any recent updates, it might help piece things together.
Anyone else find it odd that Charles Hollies left a note just to say he was going out for cigarettes? I mean, how many people actually leave a written note for something so routine? Maybe it's nothing, but it seems like a pretty deliberate action. It’s possible he was planning to meet someone or maybe he felt uneasy about something but didn’t specify, and that was his way to put a signal out without raising immediate alarm. Has anyone else looked into this angle, or found similar cases where a seemingly small detail like that turned out to be significant? Curious to hear what others think!
