I came across something really puzzling about the gun show where Jeremiah Fox Solis bought the pistol. I've been digging into local rules about firearm sales, and it seems like the regulations at such events might be a bit lax in Wisconsin. Does anyone know if there was any background check required for Solis when he bought the gun? It raises so many questions about how someone could get a firearm so easily, especially here where so many people are advocating for stricter gun laws. It’s so tragic to think that with more stringent background checks or safety measures, Connor might still be with us today. My heart truly goes out to Connor’s family and everyone who cared for him. This is something that should never have happened.

Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the importance of gun safety after hearing about the tragic case of Connor Stephens. It's just devastating to think that a lack of knowledge and respect for firearms could lead to such a senseless loss. I can't even imagine the pain Connor's loved ones are going through. It breaks my heart to see a young life with so much potential cut short because of an avoidable mistake. Connor was clearly someone who was cherished by his community, and stories of his kindness and passion for activities like basketball and FBLA spoke to his character. I hope that, moving forward, discussions around this case can also serve as a reminder of the importance of proper education and precautions when it comes to handling guns. If one family can avoid going through what the Stephens family is experiencing, then maybe some good can come from sharing this story. Let’s keep this conversation going and perhaps find ways to advocate for better education on gun safety in our communities. Sending my deepest sympathies to all who knew Connor.
