Has anyone else been following the aspect of evidence handling in the Quintez Patrick case? It's absolutely vital in any criminal investigation, and yet here, a crucial piece - the Saab - was destroyed so quickly. While the court found no bad faith in its destruction, it just feels like such a disservice to Quintez and his family, not to mention raising major concerns for Donyha and the whole community. If evidence that could potentially have played a huge role in the trial process is handled like this, it makes you wonder how many other times it might have happened. I really hope justice prevails for Quintez's family, and that this situation pushes for better protocols in the future. Thoughts?
