I was reading through old files and found something interesting about Patty Melvin's case—the role of social media or rather, the lack of it. In many missing persons cases, social media activity can provide crucial clues on a timeline or mindset, but it seems like Patty didn’t have much of a digital footprint. Being just 15, it makes me wonder if she wasn’t allowed to have accounts or maybe she used one under an alias. Has anyone else noticed how odd it is that there's little to no mention of social media in her investigation? I mean, in this day and age, it could be a goldmine for gathering leads. I really hope that the authorities and people who knew her have looked into this aspect more than the public info suggests. The tiniest digital trace could make all the difference. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I was just thinking about Patty Melvin's case and how it’s been over six years since she vanished. With so much time passing, I can’t help but wonder about the technology advancements we could be utilizing. Has anyone heard if they’re using any new forensic tools or methods in her case? I know sometimes older cases get a fresh boost with tech like improved databases or even digital reconstructions. Even though there haven't been many updates, I'm hopeful they’re using every resource they have. Just a thought, maybe there’s something out there that could finally lead to answers for her family. Stay strong, everyone.
Has anyone else been following the Patty Melvin case? It's been over six years since she vanished, and it seems like there hasn't been much new information. I read that the Billings Police Department is still looking into it, and they've entered her info into NamUs. I wonder why there hasn't been more news or updates. Could it be that leads have just run dry? It's baffling how someone can just disappear like that. If anyone's in the Billings area or knows more about what's been happening on the ground, please share! It feels like every little detail might matter, and maybe we can help keep Patty's case in the spotlight.
