Has anyone else been following the refiled charges against Darnell Kimble? I’m absolutely floored by the rollercoaster this case has put Cherron Miller's family through. Just thinking about what Jacqueline Brinson has endured makes my heart ache. Imagine being a parent and having to endure these grueling years without justice for your child, it’s truly unimaginable. Now with the new charges for first-degree reckless homicide and felony gun charges, I’m hopeful that justice might finally be within reach. This family deserves some peace after all they’ve been through. It's also such a clear reminder of how crucial witnesses are in these cases. I just hope this second chance in court brings the closure they need. Anyone have updates on Darnell's current status? Is he still on the run or has anything new developed with the arrest warrant? Sending love to those kids and hope that, this time, justice prevails.
