I've been following the case of Darrle Ruffin and I'm struggling to understand the senselessness of it all. From everything I've read and heard, he seemed like such a well-loved person within the community. It's devastating to think that someone could take away a person like that, who brought so much positivity to those around him. It must be incredibly difficult for his family and friends who cherished him deeply. One thing that stands out to me is the location of the shooting. The 900 block of Walnut Street seems like such a public area. Has anyone heard about any potential witnesses or seen anything unusual around that time on September 27, 2019? I can't shake the feeling that someone out there must have seen something that can help lead to answers. Sending strength and hope to all who knew and loved Darrle. Let's keep his memory alive and push for the truth.
