Did anyone catch the part about the vehicle crashing? I've been thinking about how terrifying that must have been for everyone involved. Imagine the chaos and fear when Hoffman used his car as a weapon before everything escalated further. It's just so senseless and violent. It makes you wonder what was going through his mind and if anything could have stopped him before things got so out of control. My thoughts really go out to Chad's family and the ex-girlfriend, who've had to go through this nightmare. It all adds a layer of tragedy to an already horrific situation. Was anything ever mentioned about measures being taken to prevent such escalation in the future?
