I've been thinking a lot about the forensics in the Milwaukee case where Donald Smith and five others lost their lives. It's chilling to think how crucial the forensic evidence was in building the case. The discovery of two different sets of 9mm cartridge casings is just haunting, really highlighting the chaos that must have unfolded. I can't even imagine how overwhelming it must be for the families knowing that there were multiple people involved. It's a reminder of how vital it is for law enforcement to meticulously process these scenes and gather every scrap of evidence. My heart truly goes out to the families and friends of the victims as they navigate this unimaginable loss. I hope they find some measure of peace and justice in the midst of this nightmare.
