Hey sleuths, I’ve been following the case of the victim who left his Aunt's house, saying he was heading to Chicago. Something that’s really sticking with me is why he wouldn't share his current location with his mom. It’s so puzzling. Is it possible he’s involved in something he doesn’t want family to know about? It just seems off to me, especially since he did contact his mom, so it’s not like he wants no contact. Could it be fear, or maybe he's protecting someone else? Would love to hear thoughts or theories on why he'd be so secretive.
Has anyone else thought about why he specifically mentioned Chicago, IL, but now won’t reveal his location to his mom? ? I find it odd because if you’re planning to go to a big city like that, you’d usually want your family to know where you are—especially if something went wrong. Maybe he’s trying to protect someone or himself, or maybe there’s someone in Chicago who might have influenced him. It's concerning that he keeps such details to himself. Or is it just me overthinking it? I hope he’s safe wherever he is.
