Hello everyone,
I've been diving deep into the case of Officer Albert C. Schaneman, and there's something that's been bothering me about the second suspect who managed to escape. It's 1903, early 20th century Seattle, and yet this person manages to vanish into thin air despite the police response immediately after the incident? It just seems baffling to me how someone could completely disappear back then when, realistically, everyone knew everyone in town.
I'm wondering if any locals at the time turned a blind eye or even might have been harboring this fugitive, given the dynamics of the community and the tension around law enforcement during that period. Is it possible that someone helped him to leave the area or even flee the country? The thought of the suspect never being caught feels like unfinished business, not just for Officer Schaneman and his family but for all of us who care about justice.
Would love to hear any thoughts or theories others might have on how someone could have vanished like that in those days. It's just tough knowing that there's this loose end in such a tragic case.
Stay safe out there, and let's keep remembering Officer Schaneman's legacy.
Warm regards,
