I’ve been thinking a lot about Freddy E's use of social media in those final hours and how it sheds light on the impact technology can have on our lives, especially in moments of crisis. It’s haunting to realize how he chose to share his pain with the world versus reaching out privately to friends or family. With social media platforms giving people an outlet for expression, it's crucial we also recognize signs of distress in posts. It's so important to support our loved ones during tough times and be aware of mental health signals. My heart goes out to Freddy E’s family and friends. I can't imagine the shock and sorrow they must have felt, watching those tweets unfold and feeling helpless. This tragic event just reinforces the need to reach out and have open conversations about mental well-being. Have any of you noticed more people using social media to express personal struggles? How can we, as a community, better support those who might be silently suffering in our digital spaces?
