I’ve been following Ignacio “Nacho” Marquez’s case, and there’s one detail that stands out to me—his tattoo. It’s not just any tattoo; having “NACHO” inked on his chest is quite distinctive. In cases involving transient individuals, unique identifiers like tattoos can be crucial for identification. I wonder if anyone has checked with local hospitals or shelters in San Bernardino to see if someone with that tattoo has been admitted or seen there. Especially since he’s been MIA since October 5, 2018, it seems like a potential lead that might've been overlooked. Anyone else think this could be a useful angle to pursue?
