Has anyone else noticed how often it seems neighbors or friends never see these things coming? It breaks my heart to think that Regina Annas felt this was her only option for escape. From what I read, it seems like no one predicted David would resort to such horrific violence. It's chilling to think there were no warning signs that this would happen, and the presence of Regina's friend adds another layer of tragedy to it all. Luckily, her friend survived, but I can't even imagine the trauma. This case really underscores how domestic violence can stay hidden, even from those closest to it. Love and support to Regina's family and friends as they navigate through what must be an unbearably painful time. If anyone knows more about support resources in the Bonney Lake area, please share them. It might make a difference for someone else in need.
