Hey everyone, I'm really disturbed by what I found out today. I was digging through some old court documents related to Amanda Marjama's case, and it's chilling to see how much she feared for her safety in the lead-up to her tragic death. There were multiple indications that she knew something terrible might happen, as evidenced by her confidences shared with close friends and family. Despite this, it seems she struggled with the decision to seek a restraining order against Todd. It's just devastating to think about how many threats are brushed aside in relationships, often because the victims hope things might get better or fear making things worse. This all serves as a somber reminder of the importance of listening to our loved ones and providing them with support and resources. We never know what someone is truly going through, and just being there might change the course of events. If only more attention had been drawn to Amanda's cries for help, maybe things could have turned out differently for her and her children. My heart goes out to Amanda’s family during this incredibly painful time. Stay safe, everyone, and please, take these warnings seriously.
