Has anyone else noticed how quiet the neighborhood was on the night of Terry's murder? I lived a few blocks away, and it's strange—there was no commotion or anything unusual leading up to those tragic events. I've been thinking about this over and over. Could it mean that whoever was responsible wasn’t a stranger to the area, maybe someone familiar with the routine of the place? It just feels like it was too coordinated to be completely random. My heart goes out to Tracy and the rest of Terry’s family. I can't imagine the pain of not having answers after so long. If anyone remembers something, however small, please reach out to the authorities. Even the smallest detail might help connect the dots.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share some thoughts on Terry Northcutt's case. It really baffles me how two people could be shot in their own space, and yet we're still grappling with so many unanswered questions. I've been thinking a lot about the location—Portland Avenue East in Tacoma. Was that area known for any sort of criminal activity that night, or has it been a generally safe place? It’s such a tragedy, and my heart truly goes out to Terry's family and the Phanmama family, who are left searching for answers. I hope someone out there knows something and finds the courage to come forward. Justice and peace are long overdue for these families. Has anyone here heard any updates or noticed any changes around that area since it happened?
