Hey everyone,
I just wanted to discuss something that’s been bugging me about Shane Robert Aucoin Jr.'s case. Does anyone else find it odd that he was last seen wearing Army fatigues? I can't help but wonder why he was dressed like that. Was he on his way to some specific destination or event? Or was it just what he happened to be wearing that day? I know clothing can sometimes give us clues about someone's plans or mindset, so I figured it might be worth mentioning.
Also, I've been thinking about the role of small towns in these cases. Ville Platte isn't a big place, and it seems like everyone would know each other, which you'd think would help in finding leads. But it seems like the close-knit nature of such communities might also mean people are less likely to come forward with info, either out of fear or loyalty. Could that be playing a role here?
Anyone with thoughts on this?
