Has anyone else here read about the connection between the locations where Ezekiel M. Kelly and Mohamed H. Adan were found? I can't get past how chilling it is. Mukilteo and Arlington aren't exactly neighboring towns, so it makes me wonder about the logistics in planning these acts. Did Hernandez-Cano and his group have ties in both areas, or were these locations chosen for their remoteness? The thought of someone plotting something so horrific in a seemingly peaceful community is gut-wrenching. My heart goes out to the families; the place you call home should never be a backdrop for such tragedy. Hoping the dedicated work from law enforcement and the justice system can offer some semblance of peace to those affected. It's just so hard to wrap my head around these senseless acts.
I’ve been following this tragic case for a while, and while the brutality of the crime itself is unfathomable, what strikes me most is the strength shown by Ezekiel Kelly’s family throughout this ordeal. It's truly moving how they’ve chosen to channel their grief into gratitude for the detectives who brought those responsible to justice. It’s heartening to see the community rally around them too, with the dedication of a bench at the Rosehill Community Center. Such gestures remind us all of the goodness and support that can exist even in the darkest of times. RIP Ezekiel, you are deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved you.
