I've been thinking a lot about the timeline of Emmalee and Gary's relationship. It's baffling that they knew each other for almost a decade, yet so much about how they met and what kind of bond they shared remains a mystery. Did anyone in their circles ever notice something was off or suspect something like this could happen? It must be so hard for the families and friends to wrap their heads around this tragedy with so few answers about the past. If anyone has any insights or remembers them mentioning something about their connection, it might help us all put a few more pieces together. My heart goes out to both families dealing with such an unimaginable loss.
